WHAT BOOST LEVEL IS SAFE?
I have a 98ls block and I am going to fully build the bottom end with wiseco piston eagle rod's OEM bearing's with micro polished ls crank.I just need to know what kind of boost levels can the stock ls sleeve's handle if I am running a precision sc61 tuned with hondata s300.I am hoping to get close to 400hp daily driven.

You said you're going to fully build the bottom end without sleeving? Contradiction.
Anyway - I say with pistons and rods - 12psi.
But of course there are a lot of other factors in figuring out how muc boost you can handle.

....I almost didn't want to comment but I like the FI section sooooo. B18 series sleeves can handle quite a beating. They'll do 30+PSI as far as pressure goes, but the real question is HP and we've seen TONs of 450whp cars on stock sleeves. Although 500 and even 600whp has been done on stock sleeves, you might want to sleeve it anyway. but for 400whp no worries

man boost gauges/map sensors/datalogging is getting pretty damn accurate these days.

Like stated above...tuning plays a major role in how much boost your engine can take.
You can probably run 14+psi safely on a stock block LS....but like also stated above, not every motor is the same.
Check your compression before boosting. It has to be top shape, otherwise everything will just go downhill.
My cousin ran a B18C1 stock block with just a block guard at about 15psi for a year before he replaced the block for a fully built one.

Thank's for the comment's guy's but I am getting some mixed info.I guess I am going to just go with the stock sleeved build and if that f*%#s up then oh well build it better the next time.
