i finished my hatch and i was hooking everything up and i noticed that there is no nipple on the compressor housing where the wg would be hooked up. could i hook up the wg to any vacum?

 

this has been debated very much. technically the wastegate should be hooked to a boost only source (vacuum can hurt the diaphragm. so you should tap the compressor housing or a charge pipe to run the wastegate. but many people just run it to a vacuum source on the IM with no issues
