Default Turbo Surge

Just got my car all put together and I went out to do a little crusing, turbo starts to build boost at 4100 in 2nd gear, every time I let off the gas promptly I am getting the fluttering sound coming out the turbo, using a Tial 50mm BOV, one thing I noticed different about my car versus my friends car also running a 50mm BOV is when he presses the gas and lets off at idle his BOV moves in and out where mine is stationary, I have good vacumn and the line is Tee'd off anohter vacumn source, should I try to give it an independent vecumn source off the manny or do i have other problems?

Try a new source with a larger vacuum line. If that doesnt work buy a less stiff spring. How much vacuum do you pull?

550 mmhg @ idle, more when lugging and then letting off the gas

that is what I have, isnt that the Honda Std. spring? I bought it from Neukin over the summer and we did the math before I ordered it, I know the sound is surge even though I have only heard 1 other Tial BOV incar before, I am going to delete the Tee and run an independent barb fitting just for the BOV to see if it helps.

Is your line hooked up before of after the throttle body? It should be hooked up AFTER it, on the intake manifold.

after, on ports on back of victorx, when I added the bigger line earlier I noticed I stuck it on a really small barb, moved my boost controller to that barb and the BOV to the bigger barb, hope this fixes it.
