turbo project not boosting, was boosting when first installed.need help
well this is my problem installed t3t4 on b20vtec last week first few days was boosting fine not really pushing it,street tuning with hondata.yesterday i took it out for somemore tunning first try boosting fine second try no boost.all lines are connected no leaks at all.also noticed that the turbine wheel on the intake side is not spinning at idle will spin when reved up but will only spin for a few seconds and then stop when off the gas.what do you guys think it is.i.am thinking maybe shoot bearings in the turbo.thanks
Shaft doesn't have to spin at idle [unless you're running a BB turbo], but it shouldn't start and stop abruptly like the way I think you're describing it. Make sure you're getting oil feed, make sure your oil return line isn't kinked/backed up, make sure your blow off valve or wastegate isn't stuck open. Your bearings in the turbo may have also crapped out.

did you brake the turbo in?!? you said you put it on last week and the first night it was boosting fine. when you have a brand new turbo its always good to brake it in! so this sounds like user error.

The way he described the first few days of using the turbo (light boost) was more then enough to break in the bearings.

Not breaking the turbo in per say, but more less letting the bearing get a good wear pattern before putting more stress on them. Kinda like an engine, it's good to let everything create a wear pattern before you make a bunch of red line runs...
I've heard your supposed to drive 500 miles before boosting
....IMO letting it idle (gets oil flowing good) for a few then driving around for the first 20 miles or so introducing boost a little at a time, each time boosting a little more..but thats just my opinion.
