Default Turbo engine & turbocharger trouble ? help !? white smoke

Okay well this doesn't strictly relate to a Honda but still the same problem could apply, hope its alright to post up in here mods ?

When starting the car up (from clock cold ) there is no smoke.
Give it about 20seconds and it starts puffing (White-ish) smoke out.
Let it warm up for 5-10min, take it around the block, no more smoke at all.

Ideas ??

There is also a slight slight oil leak from here : ( its not dripping or anything but its always covered in oil )

I thought perhaps if the turbo is leaking slightly on the outside, it could be doing the same on the inside ?

Any help strongly appreciated. Only bought the car two days ago , so im a little bit gutted

There is no smoke when driving or once warmed up.

White smoke , to me , says two things :

1: Coolant being burnt (headgasket or crack in liner ) But surely this would not go away when warm ?

2: Oil being burnt AFTER the combustion chamber ( ie : valve seals or turbocharger )

Blue smoke ( which this does not do ) , says to me that you are burning oil INSIDE the combustion chamber - ie piston rings, inlet side of turbo leaking etc

The car runs fine and pulls very strongly.
