Default turbo for b18c1

what is the difference between the to4e and to4b? will the turbonetics t3/t4 hybrid 60 trim be too big and laggy for a stock gsr??

the e is larger than the b, 60 trim i think will be just right for a gsr

i have always heard that the 57 trim t04e flows better than the 60 trim

i would think since its a 60 trim in a e housing, how would an 57trim outflow it?
