lol the glowing could be considered normal depending on how much you beat on your car and if you're running open throttle all the time. It isn't good though. I'd get some sort of heat shield or something because that is massive amounts of heat in your engine bay.

Does your turbo do this imeadiatly under low load? Or after some time of full load conditions?

it glow red under normal driving conditions even when Im not going WOT.

Fugg....that is not right
You may want to check your air/fuel readings with a wideband ASAP. Plus I would not drive the car until you do this. A cashed engine or unplanned "thermal event" would really suck.
Heat shielding a red hot turbo housing or manifold will not solve ****. Try heat shielding a glowing turbo housing on a big bore diesel. Hello "thermal event"
