1 Drill hole in front oil pan
2 Weld in steel coupling
3 install an fitting & connect return line

Try to keep the return line as short and straight as possible. If you can, try not to have any up-curves in the line.

you want it to be as straight down as possible and also as high on the oil pan as possible but try to put it in between the bolts.

JB Weld it. It works fine. Also make sure its as straight from the turbo oil drain as possible. Kinks suck, I had to get a 90 bend for my setup

When installing Cyphears turbo, we had many issues using jb weld. We did everything correctly, including grinding down to bare metal to better adhere to the oil pan. However, the first time it fell off. The second time it leaked. And the third time it leaked. We said screw it and got it welded. Hope you have better luck.

Hell, I had mine brazed on by a guy that works at an Auto AC shop. No leaks, looks great.

I can't agree on that. welding or brazing is the only way I would do it. maybe a bulkhead fitting with good seals but taking 30 seccond to mig it is the way to go.

I've heard the bulkhead fittings start leaking after a while.

I honestly don't understand why people are so scared of having stuff welded...either have a friend that can do it, learn to do it yourself, or take it to a place that does good welding or brazing...it doesn't have to be a place that advertises welding jobs to the public...just go to your local Auto AC shop and ask to talk to the guy who welds there...he'll probably do it on the side for a few bucks.

I got most of my stuff welded by a friend, but when he was gone I took it to a place that builds stairs...the guy that welds the iron work and steel supports did it for me for FREE! Welders are everywhere.
