I think he means 50trim t3/t04e with .63ar turbine housing? I thought .60ar was the common comp housing, not .50ar...
The 50trim will be fairly efficient at 15psi with a motor that size. You might want a slightly larger turbo depending on your goals, since thats what is normally done with >2.0L Honda engines with much success.

With good tuning you could be looking at nearly 400whp depending on the octane gasoline (petrol??) you have to use. That may require a bit more than 20psi though.

I have a B18C with The T3/T04e 50 trim 63ar
setup:
wiscos 9.1 cr
scat rods
stock GSR head
ITR tranny
open 3in down pipe
put down 262whp and 179tq @10psi

I plan to go to 18-20 after i buy a boost controler. I just finnished my car and its on the wg spring, Im hoping for 325-350 @ 18-20psi
I see positive boost at about 3500-4000 and 10psi at 5000-5500
It seems to be a good match for my motor, then again its my firtst turbo build and never drove anything else
