T25 Exhaust housing clocking
Just wondering how hard it should be to clock the exhaust housing? I loosened the bolts and I heard you "may" have to smack it with a hammer. Well I've whacked it a few times and it doesn't budge. I tried putting a wrench on a bolt and using the stud for leverage, and whacked that a few times too. Is this normal, and should I just keep banging till something happens?

You'll have better luck knocking the housing "off" the center section than you will turning it.
Loosen all the bolts out about 1/4", and then wack on the top of the bolt with a hammer... also try some liquid wrench/WD40.

Re: T25 Exhaust housing clocking (jolt-tsp)
Exhaust side popped off with enough PB and motivation from my hammer. Any trick to getting the snap ring off, it's been sitting in PB for a while, but it won't budge. Gonna try a flathead + hammer to see if it'll break free. Rust and grime suck
Edit: Just read about those pliers from napa. Guess I'll swing by there tomorrow.
