i will not talk bad about a street tune but save ya money and get a full dyno tune. its a few hundred more for a dyno.

got it street tuned today. stupid shop sold me a bunk base map which almost caused me to blow my motor. wento to a tune shop and the guy street tuned it and now it runs better then it did stock.

you see ghostrider theres more than one right way to do something but why not do it the better or best way?

I can't tell you the number of horror stories heck I paid 3 thousand for a motor rebuild and it's all messed up knocks and leaks oil it ran better before I had it rebuilt.
Heck I had my car tuned my GSR spark plug cover disappears the tuner says well I'll mail it to you and then never send it.
i can see your point but, if the tuner cant do the job on a dyno then theres a higher chance he cant do the job on the street. a dyno is just a tool to measure output. i think you might find it highly useful to invest in an EFI101 class if you live in cali your lucky cause the company is located there, if you dont live in cali then you may need to find a state close to you thats offerign the class. learning the basics will take you a long way an assure you that your not getting ripped out by your tuner.
