It has the suction cup right?

As long as the surface is flat and clean it sticks really good.

Lol look at the gtr vids with them mounted on the body

no not really considering where i work. paying for the part and shipping, vs sacrificing a few breaks.

hahaha, welcome back dude. how was your vacation lol. did you go try thd world best cup of coffee in new york.

alrite so i went back out. used the screw thats one the sensor. only been screwed in once. just so happens that it worked and held fine. hanky is tellin me to use a helicoil, but i thought the hole would have to drilled out til like an 8mm for it to be smashed in.

how helicoils work

so as of now, my plan is to put a few miles in and monitor the IATs few bout two weeks. then relocate the IAT to see the changes. i wont be shaving the sensor just relocating.

i actually thought bout the the b20 sensor. i still deciding with sensor i want to go with. that would include buy a sensor vs a dollar on four set screws. then weld it at work.

patchy thats prolly thr only reason id get a facebang page. to follow other shops. i pretty much already screen their page, just cant post anything

So uh, I hope this isn't stupid to ask but would you ever suggest engine swapping a b16 over a b18 for an integra turbo setup, and why?

I ask just in case I come across a steal on a b16/build b16, as either way I'm planning to swap my b20. A little concerned about the driveability around town of the b16

I personally would take one over a LS any day....with that said a true integra owner would never do it its almost like a downgrade, less torque then any B18 and integras are heavier then civics.

as far as drivability the lower torque was never an issue for me I thought the b16 was fine....LS VTEC FTW? you already have a b20 block, I just wouldnt be throwing much boost at those stock sleeves

-my 2 cents

I'm actually downgrading the displacement because of the sleeves, not right away but in the near future. I would either go slightly built Ls, bottom end b18c or b16 since the head on those seem pretty solid

ive always liked the revving capabilities of short stroke engines. at the moment im having a hard time deciding if i want to build an 84mm b16, or b20vtec with a gsr crank. i have a spare b16 engine, and picked up parts for the b20 setup last year. i was originally looking for a gsr block, but no dice. im honestly not concerned bout low end torque. would like more midrange though. due the less material on the rotating assembly, i have no worries bout spinning it up to 10k. usually pop 9500 every other day.

and my sleeves are stock, but they are posted on the intake and exhaust side. just a lil more support. ill have to take a pic next time im under the car
