Whelp.. there's not much to update because the car is still going through the process of its parts (like I've always said, this is a slow build) But the gauges and daisy-link brain came in.
Shodan:
Your like me I take my time with no rush. I have my build thread on another forum (I'll lost a link when I get home, I'm on the phone). I'm 98% done with mine, I just need a tune and I'm finding ways to fight the temp I'm seeing with my oil. Im going to orde a new fan for y radiator and later after the tune look into and order a oil cooler kit. Do you have suggestions for oil cooling kits?
I don't remember seeing anything like that in your build, that's why I'm asking.

This particular build may not have an oil cooler kit as of now, but will have one perhaps next year once we get the preliminaries down.
the best way of making an oil cooler uses the following:
-Mocal oil sandwich plate with built in oil thermostat
-2 90 degree fittings off of the Mocal towards the Oil cooler
-Setrab or Earls 19 row Oil cooler fitted with -8AN or -10AN fittings,
-B&R oil fitting kit that works with this equipment.
Well some have asked and I promised I would show you the framework for the build.
Please remember that this is how she used to look. Not the greatest build I have done. There is a lot that I learned from this and have made many changes since. Well enough of me talking and now its time for you to look and ask as many questions that you can.
So, after almost 7 years altogether, My buddy and I finally finish Project Ghost. Still ironing out a few things before the final tune next spring.
My apologies in advance for the music overtaking the sounds of the camshaft, but we wanted to put up something soon, since we were so glad this thing finally runs!!
I'll be making edits to the original thread and build (not a lot changed, but some) as I continue to update people with photos and all that.
Ask and you shall receive. I don't want to get to ahead of everything, but these are the best images I could find to show the configuration of the downpipe. (please note that the HKS filter now has an intake tube going to it.

Surprisingly no. I happened to get the tucked shot at an angle where it looks much wider than it actually is. We clear most streets fine, also considering the car has been raised a little (.75")

Is THAT a CXRacing decal I see on the engine stand?!
Better late than never. Awesome build Mac! Hopefully mine won't take 7 years. lol. How do you like those Apexi gauges? I was looking at Autometer for my build but they can be a bit pricey.

ProSport has served me well so far. Good quality and won't put a huge dent in the wallet. Apexi has better bling factor though..

Absolutely fantastic. Reminds me of my wife's Defi Guages with the electronic brain to record full readout.
But if i did it again now is use the all- in-one Greddy Guage set. One guage, 8 readouts, the brain is on the side of the cluster panel
