Revhard install in progress...how's it look so far
I'm posting these to see if I'm screwing anything up.
This first one is above. Does the turbo look clocked right? Anything look wrong?

The second one shows the turbo from beneath. The oil drain fitting sure seems long to me. Does it look like I have the thing oriented properly? My downpipe still has the plastic wrap on it, in case you're wondering what's up.

The last one shows the oil drain fitting in the upper left and the oilpan below to see the relationship between them. Sure seems like the drain line will be awfully hard to keep heading down the whole time.

If you see anything that looks off, please let me know. Pix help too! Thanks!

from what i see in your pics everything looks good man. i have about 5 freinds that have done their own turbo install and they were cautious just like you but at the end came out just fine.
Thanks guys! It's a 99 Si. Yeah, I know...shoulda got a hatch.
So do I route the oil return line around the front of the downpipe or what?

Cool, thanks everyone. I'm trying to figure out where to tap the oilpan, and I'm figuring it out. Given the length of hose that came with the kit, and the position of the downpipe, it looks like the oil return wants to go into the passenger SIDE of the oilpan. Everything I thought I knew about this says it should go in the FRONT. Am I high on crack or what?

if you are using rubber hose for the return, then you can tap it on the passenger side. it works well, and it dosent get close to the DP. you cant tap there if your using ss braided, there isnt enough room for the fitting. looking good though.
