need advice turbo install....
well heres the situtation... a couple weeks back i installed my turbo with crap luck started the car oil leaked from banjo..tighten teh banjo..banjo broke had to reorder took 1.5 weeks, then theif broke into my car and stole my e-manage unit. i took the turbo off, after about 2.5 weeks now i have all the parts again and am considering taking it to someone to have it installed or should i do it myself?
couple probs im worried about:
oil return hose seems to have a kink cuz of the way the hose has to be bent upwards, i put the flange on teh pan just as it was on turbocivic.net but looks like i shoulda had it pointed upwards instead.
oil feed line i noticed that the line and banjo bolt wont tighten completely all the way in, and when i had capped it when i took my turbo off oil came out behind the fitting on the line is this normal? would it go through without leaking if there was nothing capping it?
just looking to see what you guys would do school is coming up next week and drives really arent close and i cant afford anymore downtime. thanks
