removing Inline pump, will it mess up tunning?
I'm going to remove my inline pump that came with the drag kit for my b18c5 and going to install an walboro 255 intank....will this through off the tunning??..once the walboro is on, I plan to drive straight to the dyno.
Thanks, mark
Thanks, mark
only if the fuel pressure changes. if you have a way to change the base pressure to the same pressure it was tuned on, everything else should line up.

Are you running FMU or AFC hack...? If so, then once on the dyno it should be fine, but I wouldn't boost without that inline until you tune and are sure everything is safe...

I'm currently running the inline fuel pump (between fuel filter and fuel rail) that came with the drag kit..I plan on getting the ss fuel lines so the inline pump will be replaced by an warlboro in-tank. My fuel setup is hondata s200 with 440's....just wondering if it would be safe to if i removed the inline and put in the walboro and drive it to the dyno....or would the fuel pressure be unsafe??

so your saying..if i don't mess with my fuel pressure regulator..(which i don't have one) it should be o.k to drive to the dyno??

Yes, you'll be perfectly safe to drive it to the dyno.

ummm..o.k?!?! I was wondering if it would be safe...so i could drive normally down to the dyno.

its quite simple...
DONT BOOST = dont hit the gas at WOT while enjoying the whistling sounds your turbo is making.
otherwise, youll hear the sound of your cel phone as you dial for someone to tow your car because you had just blown your engine.
