inline fuel pump
i have a turboed 95 gsr with a drag kit with 310cc rc's i ordered my 8:1 fmu disc and now my inline pump that came with my turbo kit went bad i have a walboro intank 255 lph instaled aready will that be ok or sould i go with another inline pump and if so what kind and where could i find one?
when running an fmu, id install an inline pump. Hehe, i might have one off my drag 3 kit to sell to you in a week or so, if things go to plan, haha
i think your ok with the walboro.
I think you are wrong. While runing an FMU you will need an inline pump. An fmu requiers more pressure than that of what your intank can provide

agreed to an extent! U can run ( your Walboro/fmu set up) up to certain amount of boost(verylow boost recomended) to have your FMU work efficently! Yes the FMU requires a inline fuel pump to work to its potential but if your not pounding it all day long with 7lbs you should be fine! run real low boost until you get your hands on another inline!

very true, its just cheap insurance, personally i wouldnt run without it.

I got about 5 friends running GSR turbos all at 1 bar (14 Lbs) of boost running off no inline fuel pump. Only a BBK intank fuel pump and FMU I figure you all have injectors and SAFC or some fuel controller so you should have no problems.
To use an FMU , say 12:1 , at 7 lbs pf boost it will require 12x7= 84 lbs of fuel pressure. An inline is required. I have a new Airtex , the one that came w/ my Drag 3 kit for $135 shipped. I'm going w/ Hondata and no FMU so I don't need it. Let me know.

what do you guys think of that walboro hight pressure inline i can get one for $140 shipped i herd it is better then the one that comes with the drag kit what do you think?
YES 1 Bar! actually on race gas about 1.2 bar. Only with an intank BBK fuel pump, injectors, AFC, and FMU and a Greddy A/F Guage to tell them if they were to lean out and they dont, unless its not running right. If you are in the northern VA area I will personally show you the cars and thier time slips. Personally I would never use an inline fuel pump, intank works better period. inline pumps
