Default Quick oil line question

So I've had my turbo kit installed for about 3 weeks. Recently I've developed an oil leak which I've traced back to the oil feed on the turbo. It leaks.

I found that the braided oil line connected to the turbo is loose. So, I bought some crows feet wrenches and tried to tighten it... It just keeps spinning and doesn't lock down. wtf? Do I have the wrong fitting? I didn't install the kit but it was a Tuner Toyz oil line kit made for a T3/T04e.

What size fitting should I get?
