ok well i got my turbo kit on and everything ,... but the oil return line is what i think not good ...it goes in a S shape above my crossmember which i think can leave a puddle of oil inside of it yet there is no other way for me to run the oil return line ..is this safe for my turbo or will it cause to much pressure?
you just dont want to flood ur turbo with oil. its bad for the seals. it should all be "downhill". gravity is the only thing pulling the oil out of the turbo.

well then is there amything i can do ?? because the return line goes in an S over my crossmember and then back to where it taps into my oil pan ....how bad is this for my turbo ???
It's bad for it. I had one set up like that that pushed oil past the compressor seal rather than pushing it through the oil in the return line. Oil in your charge pipe is not good. I don't do that any more.

With a Dremel and enough zip ties all things are possible.
But seriously, it must drain down to the oil pan, no s-curves. If you have to relocate your return fitting on your pan or make some holes somewhere, then that's what you have to do. I had to remove my A/C heat exchanger and loop mine way out in front of my downpipe, supporting it at different points with zip ties to get it right. When I get some time I will be bending a custom oil return line out of hard tubing that will fit better.

ok well my problem is that my oil return line fitting is a lil less than level with my crossmember ...which if i go uder it then the oil line is to low for my oil pan and makes like a U shape ..if i go over it then it makes the S shape over the crossmember and to the oil line but there is no way for me to have a full down hill route unless i cut my crossmember in half which isnt possible ...is there anything i can do to keep this from harming my tubo ? or any special kinda line to keep the oil flowing or out of my turbo ?
Correct me if i'm wrong but by the syphoning principle as long as the turbo is highest point in the oil return line system it doesn't matter what the line does. Again I'm not sure on that because of the viscosity of oil
but the principle works on any liquid. If you are really worried you can shell out some money and get a sump system then run the line however you want.
