quaife + Silkolene Silktran SYN 5

quaife + Fuchs Silkolene Silktran SYN 5
Anyone have experience with this tranny fluid?
I have a quaife in my car and I think it needs a different type of oil because if I let my car get below 3000 rpms and let it decelerate it makes a whirring noise and this ONLY happens in 2nd gear. Today I had the car in the air and was driving it to see if I could find the noise and it wasnt doing it. Must of been because there was no load on the tires and the car was sitting overnight.
Then after I took it out and the noise went away but after 2 min it came back again.
Before I used GM synchromesh FM and after an hour of driving my car would make alot of noise while turning slow while in 1st gear. Then I replaced the fluid with HONDA MTF and that problem went away but the 2nd gear problem still is happening.
So basically I want to try a new fluid. Quaife recommends silkolene oil for trannys. I need something that has a high heat tolerance and has a constant viscosity in cold or hot weather.
This is the tech sheet I got....
kinematic viscosity @ 212 degrees F csT 16.3
kinematic viscosity @ 104 degrees F csT 119
viscosity index 147
specific gravity @ 59 degrees F .870
flash point (closed)... F 410
