Jotech or Autologic????
I'm getting Hondata S200b tuned in about a week, I need some help on who to go to. I'm looking for peoples tuning experience with these 2 shops. I'm new to the texas area so I have no connections at either one and its a 200 mile drive either way. Its a pretty simple setup for now if it matters
b16-stock block
precision sc50
rc 440's
tial&inlinepro along with all the other usual stuff
autologic 550-flatrate
jotech 150-hour
how long to tune?????
who is better??????

st00pid has an AWESOME tuning reputation! Jotech's main tuner IF I remember correctky was Tony Palo who is no longer with them. Either st00pid or get in touch with Tony Palo aka tony1 on here(I hear he is SUPER BUSY though!) st00pid has given me excellent advice and help and so has tony1, either you can't go wrong.

Thanks for all the replies so soon, I thought us army guys were the only people up this early. I talked to Tony already and unfortunately I'm finishing the install this sat and he's pretty busy after that. So I'm going to call Autologic today and see if they have anything around the 4th sept, then I gotta cancel my appointment at Jotech. Unless anybody has any other suggestions I guess its Autologic.

actually they didn't say you couldn't make 600whp it was 650whp. there is a horsepower limiter or something and you need motec for more then that!

Once again thanks for all the opinions on a tuner guys. Talked to Jason today and he's got hook me up on the 4th. My only concern is driving there on the 440cc Greddy basemap I'll be running. But having the SC50 w/440's on the motor. It's the map from the hondata ROM library (b16, greddy, 440's) I hope it's a rich fuel map. I think I should be OK if I keep it out of boost, only a 200 mile drive. Any opinions?

Re: (redturbocivic)
I agree with going to vsv in carrollton. i went to talk to stonie yesterday bout getting a turbo setup and one thing that was included in the package was the hondata s100 and the p28 ecu with tuning. they charge 300 bucks for unlimited tuning. they tune until they get where you want it.

Re: (BlendedEJ)
Jason charges 400 if you buy hondata from autologic or 550 if you bought it somewhere else. Might seem steep to some but this includes street tune, dyno tune and part throttle. It's a flat rate so it doesn't matter if it takes 2 or 10 hours. Also jason seems to have quite a reputation for tuning.
