Default transmission

Hi..I have a 99 Honda Civic sedan with manual tranny which has 134km on it.. I am having a problem shifting from 1st gear into 2nd gear. It's kind of rough and when the car is started early in the morning I can hear the gears when they engage or when I pull the shifter into 2nd gear. After driving the car for 20-30 minutes the noise kind of goes away but I still have to put a little force in the shifter to put it into 2nd gear. The noise I am hearing is the same noise that you hear when you put the car in reverse. Is this normal and has anyone had the same problem?

I actually changed the tranny fluid with genuine Honda about a week ago. I was having the same problem before I change the fluid too. How much fluid do Honda tranny requires? I was just looking at the bill and it says the dealer put in 1L of fluid. Is this enough?
