Default power loss help

ok i just got done with myauto to manual turbo install and when i test drove it it feels like it has no power. all i did was take all the stuff out of my wreckd turbo gsr and install it into the auto rs shell i bought . the only thing diff is i removed the evap system . i cant feel vtec kick in and it feels boggy everything is the same fuel psi ect any ideas i also checked the charge piping and everything is tight

it almost seems as if its a vaccume issue i just discovered a gas leak but the fuel gauge is reading 40 psi at idle so i dont think thats it

yeah fuel right at the bend near the wheel i going to check the grounds because i dont think vtec is working either

no i just did the swaps and drove it today i just have to get the bugs out , basically i wrecked my turbo gsr , so i bought an atuo shell and swapped everything over as it was
