1) I've got a set of Arias pistons and Eagle rods, how do I know which side of each one is the front?
2) How do you know what size bearings to get for the rods since they dont have the numbers stamped on them like oem pistons?

On the Eagle rods, you"ll see little notches on the inside of the side that connect to the crank. the notches should be on the exhaust side of the engine (front). I'm not sure about the Arias either...do they even have valve reliefs??
The intake valve reliefs are going to be physically bigger than the exhaust reliefs. You can use a set of universal bearings like ACL which fall into the middle range of the clearance range or if you want to use OEM honda bearings, i believe the eagles are sized to a #3. Miraz is right, the tangs for the bearings on the big end need to face the exhaust side. Good luck.
on aftermarket rods, it doesnt matter which side faces forwards...they are universal. Just make sure they all face the same way. Relieifs are bigger on the intake for the larger intake valve. You need tools to measure for aftermarket rods with bearings.
