so i just got a basemap for my setup 2 drive to my tuner but it takes about 5 minutes for my car to overheat at first i had the fan hooked up reguarly now i have a switch on it, it gave me a little more time but still overheated .... my lines to radi get swollen up never did this before i started to boost i believe.... bad thermostat or is it something boost related..

If your thermostat is stuck shut then the lower radiator hose will not be hot when it starts to overheat. Double check your fan is blowing the correct direction but it really shouldn't even come on if you aren't sitting in traffic. Also make sure you let it run with the cap off to get all the air out of the system.

It is by no means a fix but turning on your heater and keeping the rpms up a little bit will usually keep your car from over heating.

Replace your T-stat, its stuck.

headgasket, when the car is cold take the rad cap off and do a leakdown. if bubles come out of the radiator its the headgasket.
pressure from the engine is leaking into the cooling system, causing the hoses to swell

check your radiator also. I had the same problem with air pressure in pipes and after days of work i found it to be a radiator problem. It was just a small pin hole but for some reason it caused so much air pressure. Also make sure that when refill the coolant, you need to bleed all the air out the system. Let the car run in idle with the rad cap off. Also jack up the driver side. Let the car run and keep topping off the rad till all the bubbles stop coming out.
