these bungs go on the pipe before the cat?
If so I say 2, so you do not have to run a narrow band signal to your ecu from the wb controller.

ok, if you are running an obd1 ecu (or any other standalone).
You only need 1 o2 sensor, and i wouldnt put it on the cat. I would put it on your downpipe.
if you are running obd2 then you will need two o2's if you dont wanna throw a code, put one in the downpipe, and one at the end of the cat.
