They are 2.5" diameter with smooth mandrel bends. The only problem is that they only go to the end of the oil pan, the rest has to be fabricated.

Yeah.. RevHard Mfg Down pipe only goes to the back of the oil pan but thats becacuase they want the cusotmers to put flex pipe and hybrid civics have different lenghts then the Acura integra bodys.! so they make them short.! but one of the best in the market..!! will clear AC and very smooth

So do you work for Revhard?

Just wondering since your screen name implies that you do but since you are someone from the camp1320.com I was just wondering.

the only thing wrong that i saw with my revhard dp was it's too thin. Its so easy to dent and i've hit a couple of speed bumps and my **** is dented to hell.

it doesnt fit right, points at the ground and to the passenger side, hits flywheel cover, blah blah blah. got it repositioned but its still way off but at least i can bolt it up now. besides that its a nice looking piece.

best for ur money is to have it fabbed to fit perfectly, but then thats alot of hassle too.

The welds on my rev hard broke loose and my revhard downpipe fell off the flange at the track. that is a very frustrating thing to happen.
