Oil return question

i have a top mount with a holset hx35, the only way i can run my drain leaves it sitting about 3/4" away from the manifold. if i heat wrap that section of the manifold will this be fine?

Heat wrapping will be fine for what you are doing.

A stainless line would be even better.. the nylon ones don't do so well like that.. even when wrapped.
