Default Oil Return Line problem...

Okay so my downpipe is very close to my oil pan and there is not much room to run the return line. It basically is touching the downpipe and the pan itself, but there is one problem, when im on an even level ground it drain fine but once i go into a downhill level. The drive way i was in is about 20-30 degree angle and it burn a little bit of oil when the front of the car is point down. should i be worry about this or it should be fine since there aint much hill around my place.

I don't think you have much to worry about. I'd try to avoid downhill parking, but you can't help it if you're going down a hill..
