Default Another Turbo Question, but crucial

Now guys, i am pretty confused at this point on what to do. i have a '95 GsR with 110 thousand miles on it. i did the compression test on it and got about 200 (give or take 10) on each cylinder. i want to put either a Rev Hard kit on it, or a Greddy bolt on. i know the pros to the revhard is that it's a bigger turbo and pretty safe on stock vehicles if kept @ 7 psi. pros to Greddy is that it's Carb OE and also safe on stock vehicles, but i've been told 2 different things. 1) my car should be able to handle 2) my engine's too old. Now i also know, that in either case, i always have a chance to blow the head gasket, so i should replace it, especially since i also wanna replace cams, springs and retainers. Is turboing my vehicle realistic? it's my daily driver, so i'd be running the turbo all the time, but at low psi. what else would i have to replace to keep my car running fast without breaking anything else? oh yeah, someone said that i would have to resurface the block, is that true? what about the original axels? Adding 100 horses would be ideal. Please Help. Thanks

the most important factor in safely turbocharging any car...is the tuning

with a good tune you should be fine.

over-build your fuel and cooling systems!

with a good tune you should be fine. haha why waste money to upgrade the head when u can just turn up the boost and get more hp from that? also it is not dangerous as long as your air to fuel ratio is fine and does not exceed the hp that ur motor can handle. On a ls motor i know its around 300, im not quite sure on a gsr so some hter can come in and fill u in on that.

replace cams, springs, and retainers.....why dont u build the block instead? thats just my opinion

yeah but watch he'll want to go even faster lol, then he's goin to sell it and upgrade it.

but on another note, since its his first time turboing a car, i guess gettin a turbo kit is good for him

did you replace the clutch? factory axels? head gasket? what psi? i appreciate your guy's inputs, but i kinda need specifics. I'll be leaving california soon, so the smogging might not be a huge factor. please, more input.
