Oil Bung... to low??
let me know what you think
Also how much oil is running through the engine when running?
if this shows what the oil level will be when engine off what will the level be when running?

that is plenty high enough. how can you get it any closer to the top anyways? mine is a little lower than that. really it doesnt matter. there isnt much oil in the pan when its running because of it all moving around.
greddy even makes a oil return for the drain bolt.

Unless you drill into the cast aluminum of the block, you won't get it all that much higher. I'd be more concerned about it seemingly angling down due to the pan taper. Its really just the restrictor and any kinks or odd angles that will ruin seals. My return is 15" long, but its a nice sloping shot to the pan and I run a restrictor - so far the old t3 is perfect, nothing in the charge pipes besides the smell of the wd40 I lubed them with.
If you haven't added any extra oil to make up for the turbo lines, you won't be that far from the low line while running. Helms recommends checking oil while car is level & turned off, but doesn't spec the temp. If you let it sit for a month, you'll have a bit more in the pan, as oil will slowly drain from the head/galley/filter back into the pan.
