If you get a JRSC for the EK it will fit without a problem. It has a special offset manifold to accommodate the shock tower and MC. If you don't, find your favorite hammer and take aim.

Well I would check craigslist at least once a day or more since I can check from my blackberry. I live in milwaukee and the guy I got mine from wanted $700. I offered $500 and got a slightly used (15K), but nice charger.

Anyone need an 8 psi pulley for their JRSC? I was cleaning out my garage and stumbled across some of my old civic stuff. Amongst all of the junk was my old 8 psi pulley. This is a smaller diameter blower pulley...NOT the larger diameter crank pulley that JR was selling to up the boost. If anyone has a need for this please e-mail me at fgould at voyagerjet dot com since I don't come to this site very often. I'm mainly on LS1tech.com and NASIOC.com where people can vouch that I'm not some scammer. I'll let it go for $75 shipped...if using paypal add 3%. Upgrading from 6 psi to 8 psi on my '97 EX was a night and day difference. I don't know why they never shipped the kit with 8 psi to start with. I miss that car...

UPDATE: Pulley SOLD!!!

Sup guys, I just got back from tuning my hatch, It made 166whp, 133wtq on a mustang dyno, which is pretty good for stock internals.

ok, so from what i've found (from reading all 44 pages of this thread, can't believe i just did that) is that not too many people are running non-VTEC D15's with the JRSC. i'm kinda building my '93 LX Sedan up for auto-x and wanted a nice performance boost. can anybody give me any ideas on what kind of power i could be making??? (looking to run factory exhaust with a cut-out, don't want to be too noisy)

It's a 3.4" 3 rib pulley that was used on my d16y8 kit. Here's some pics of the 8 psi pulley next to a stock pulley if anyone else may be interested.

UPDATE: Pulley SOLD!!!

I would venture to guess that you'd probably put down around 120 to the wheels? The JRSC is awesome for auto-x!

Why did they discontinue them?

Hey, one of my buddies bought a jrsc for his d16 and he is trying to figure out two things: First- Where to find the bracket with the belt tensioners, and where to find the right size belt.
Second- there is some type of sensor on the back of the intake manifold, it has two wires coming out of it, and it has a big rubber sleeve over the wires. It sort of looks like it would have a valve in it. We cant really seem to figure out what the heck it is. I am sorry I dont have a picture right now, I could possibly take one if you guys dont know what it is from me describing it. Thanks in advance, David
