Anyways im having problems opening up the bins that are loaded on teh software i really suck at computer **** but i undersand the whole concept of this, i was actually running it earlier this year before teh tuneable software was out...just can't figure out how to open a bin </TD></TR></TABLE>

Mpir3, email me uberteg@***.net for a premium version.

To open files, execute the program, goto file-&gt;open. Open StockGSR.bin (You have a b16 correct). Right off the bat, take out 10% fuel by selecting the entire fuel map, then changing the multiplication multiplier at the bottom to 90% (100-10% = 90) then click apply. Remember todo it to both the high speed, and low-speed fuel maps. Dont forget to read the FAQ which is on page 2 I believe, it should answer 99.9999999999999999999999999999999% of your questions.

If people are going to get the batronix eprom burner we should order together to qualify for the quantity discount

i will host a site and it will have any .bin file you want and it will be a good running site. in exchange, someone burn me a bin for my future setup.
The site will be super quick to load w/ all text. no pop-up windows. be categorized by motor and there will be options like this:

B16
B18b
---Base Map
---John's Map
---Eric's Map
B20
D15

and when you click the name...it will load their their page on the right with a brief description and if they have pics...we can set up a page that says "see pics of setup" so you dont have to load pics if someone doesnt like the person's settings. Site will be UBER(german word for super) easy and fast to use. contact me if you want to be involved.

pgmfi.org will have a section for people to share maps soon, and it will be the official place for uberdata tune exchanging.

http://www.angelfire.com/mech/uberdata
EDIT: im having problems w/ banners and angelfire being a bitch...i guess it changed formats within the last few months so im gonna find some new, better web-space....

i say set up something temporary until thats up. Its easy to upload a basemap seeing they are so small...and its easy to add a name and text as a webpage...its not a difficult task....i say we do it...

P06-ERMbaseline.bin=What engine
P-28-ERMbaseline.bin=what engine
P75skunk.bin=what engine?

Email me if you have a map you want posted.

yesh yesh, let's indeed set up something temporary until the pgmfi forums host a variety of basemaps. I'm gonna be tuning next month and need a basemap to start out with for my turbo d16.

no dilly-dallying either, let's get these basemaps collected and posted for download

sorry for all the questions, andt thanks for not getting inpatient with me

allso it wont let me add a decimal, so just 58% ?

For some reason, that makes zero sense to me. When you multiply the entire thing by 58% you are adding less fuel. I believe you're supposed to make it 158%??? Does that make sense?

The best tuner in the world can't write you a perfect program for an engine he hasn't taken on a dyno... that's like having a doctor write you a prescription that might kill you by only interviewing you over the phone. You get a baseline and tune from there - in the long run it's safest.

Hopefully with less Javascript errors I'm a web developer by trade so I can throw together a site real quick if someone needs coding done. I don't have hosting though.

I'm down... I'll be buying one of these just as soon as I find a P06 for sale. Cheapest price quoted so far was $100 but no response yet, second best was $150 Ouch!

I bought a Willems burner on ebay with an optional ZIF socket for $63 shipped.
http://www.willems.org

Also, on page 3 I posted a link to a ZIP file with all the base maps in it. I'm not sure if Uberdata will read them though (doesnt come up right), its from another ROM editor. If someone has insight as to why Uberdata isnt picking up the info please share.

When I get out of class today, maybe I'll start a webpage. If not maybe tommorow morning before work.

Please email me a map, knurmi00@yahoo.com and include EVERYTHING you know about it (what motors it is best on, boost or no boost etc etc..)

For an OBD II car would that just involve getting a OBD II-OBD I conversion harness?

What do you think of crome? What are the differences between the 2 programs? Any advantage/disadvantages between the 2?

Don't use the stock ls, it won't give you values after the vtec crossover.

Your just now starting to doubt the public school systems? Have you not noticed all the propaganda they feed our children, the whole system is designed to take away individuality and independant thinking.

Does anyone know what a/f you want for partial throttle/boost?

I have the uberdata chip in my turbo ls. Towards redline, it gets as rich as 9.75:1 on 8psi of boost. But initial tip into boost or even partial boost (0-4psi), the a/f is roughly 14.2:1 or so. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. the map i'm using is the base-turbo-ls map with the 120% efficiency. These numbers are on a real wideband. Thanks

I'm all game for this if I can get 4 people or more to agree to do this and send me a deposit, I will order as many as I have deposits for and then you guys can pay me when I ship them out to you. Anybody interested. I want a deal, 68 is a lot better than 98

Email me at bph51@insightbb.com if you are interested
