I'm curious, if you have an OBD2 car, can you switch it to OBD1 and tune it that way? I have an 00Si that will have 10psi of boost, and a P28 ECU, I could use that and start w/ a GSR base map?
</TD></TR></TABLE>
Yes, and j. davis imported the p30 maps which would be the best to use for the b16a2. I am not aware of a place that is hosting it at the moment.
I would think the gsr would work, but it would involve a bit more tuning - it will run ritcher than the b16 is used to, until you correct the values.

Ghettodyne has left the building Goodness knows why...
OK I'm ready to try this. For OBD0 guys, here's what I figure:
1) Buy cheap OBDI ECU, cheaper the better... my guess is a DX ECU will work fine... right? Pueblo, can you verify when you can post again? Or J.Davis?
2) Desolder/resolder ECU as per guide on pgmfi.org
3) Buy Batronix unit, power unit, printer cable for interface (will computer's power source work here or is there something easier/better, ie easier being better?)
4) Use Batronix unit to burn a stock program to an EPROM, then take this and plug into ECU.
5) (For B16A guys, pick up a del Slo distributor), Pick up a replacement 4-wire O2 sensor
6) Go to junkyard, tell yard guys you want a replacement O2 clip, distributor clip and ECU harness plugs. Clip off plugs + get wire harness ends, pay exorbitant prices, leave.
7) Solder on ECU harness for OBDI conversion as per all the trillions of guides, run wires for O2 heater, ground, and repin distributor
8) Plug in ECU, verify it works, and go.
Am I right?

What a great program!!!
I have been playing with it for an hour or so now, trying to setup my fuel curves to reflect my boosted application. The only problem that I can see is that once I change all the setting and take a look at the ignition settings it seems that they are not nicely spaced out any more. Why is that??? To reflect the same setup as mine can someone try to put the following data and see if their ignition timing is also messed up.
Inputs:
1) change the fuel maps (Low & Hi) by multilier of 36% (I will be running 850cc injectors)
2)Set boost ignition retard to 1.0.
3)Boost controller Low 9psi Hi 18psi
4)Change fuel avg effi. to 120%
Now take a look at the timing curve and tell me why is it messed up??? and how can I fix this (what will happen to the engine while running).

People who donate a substantial amount get a premium version, which
includes the illusive 3bar support.
$15 minimum, A larger donation is always appreciated though

works fine for me.
except I did it in this order with the gsr base.
1. Set boost ignition retard to 1.0
2. Change fuel avg effi. to 120% Those give you the extended maps, so I do them first.
3. Select entire table (Low & Hi) & change by multilier of 36% (I will be running 850cc injectors)
4. Boost controller Low 9psi Hi 18psi BTW, you know how the boost controller works right?

Question: What is 'substantial'? As I said before I'll donate if it works for me, prior to that, well, no point in donating for something I haven't used. Another question: Do the donations go toward the purchase of a WB02 and hence eventual autotune and datalogging capabilities (I REALLY want datalogging and even more so I want on-the-fly tune)?
$15 minimum A larger donation is always appreciated though
pueblo is getting his own wideband shortly.
BTW, the boost controller isnt enabled in this editor because it over-writes the a/c code, so you won't have a/c with it. A toggle option will be added at a later date, so you can toggle between boost conntroller and a/c.

After playing around with the program some its a lot easier then I thought it would be.

FWIW, turboedit (available from http://www.driftkids.com) picks up where ghettodyne left off. You can still download ghettodyne from pgmfi.org.

Very cool, thanks blundar
I only found a link to ghettodyne on pgmfi when I looked for downloads but perhaps I wasn't looking hard enough. If I can get away without doing an OBDI conversion I'd rather go that route - save myself a coupla hundred bucks!

I will setup a webpage with assorted MAPS for different setups to get people started with their tuning.
Post up if your interested. I have some, and i'll like to build a site and let peeps download the maps.
Example: Turbo b16a2 8psi, 450cc injectors, T3/T4e

No it doesnt. However, if you could get ahold of a stock auto integra bin, it would work!

Yes, the same thing will work with uberdata. Its just a rom-emulator.

lol the lack of reading by some people on this site really makes me doubt our school systems
Anyways im having problems opening up the bins that are loaded on teh software
i really suck at computer **** but i undersand the whole concept of this, i was actually running it earlier this year before teh tuneable software was out...just can't figure out how to open a bin
