94goldjungsr previously mentioned this (1-2 pages ago):

"take out like 10% fuel for every +/- 1 a/f ratio "

Yes, that will work, it says it will burn all 27xxxx 28xxxx and 29xxxx devices.

Did blake get bannx0red again...

I think this HUGE contribution to the community, makes headway against whatever he did in the past...

no prob check you IM please.

i think it may be verry smart ,if i want to use uberdata on a p30 european B16A2.
that when i try it i use a stock ecu dump. an put launch control on it and try it like that first if that works i will try it under boost.

Doe annyone know if there are diferances between USDM ECU and EDM ECU ??

( I hate europe nobody realy deep into honda FI )

Question.. I'm here playing with the setting on the Uberdata, but I notice that on the 'stock' .bin's for the P28, GSR etc.. that the rev limiters are let for just under 7k. Is this just a default setting? Why so low?

I am also wondering a few things about the roms....

I noticed that a stock P28 has a idle ignition timing of 16.5, and the ERM Basline P28 is at 18.5. They are also different throughout the table. Why is this?

just how blake did the programs... you should be setting a revlimit for your car not using a preset one.

Right so it's a standard default.. gotcha!

The more I look at this the more interesting it get's and I have to tell ya, I REALLY think i'm going to go ahead and spend the $80 +/- and go Uberdata. Already have the laptop, just buy a burner and some chips and I'm good to go

And to think I just bought an S200B

yea the burner/software is like $100. chips are dirt cheap. use a wideband on a dyno.

you have fully programmable ecu for $100

Quick question w/ Uberdata vs. Hondata:

I'm guessing the programs are written in the same format for the ECU to decipher correct? In other words, a Hondata written map 'should' be reable with Uberdata and vice-versa correct? I mean it makes sense to be but I'd like to confirm it.

no, that is not the case. hondata maps have extra code on them for interaction with the box. uberdata doesnt. they are also slightly differently encoded. i dont really want to get into that apsect much more ecause of piracy issues.

It's hard to find a low-profile ZIF though

if you dont have a laptop...it means you gotta bring your whole comp and chip burner to the dyno center so you can reburn your chip...correct?
