Why doesn't blake and all his crew of workers make a softwear program with built ,help files, instructions........ect.. and send a demo out and if its the "HOT ****" everyone just buys a good version like a custom 9.0version, and more people would pay for it.

I'm sorting through the scripts and trying to learn this quick, one question i run into is in the new rev limits, its not specified as to which rev limits it controls. One is obviously for ftl but the speed engagement isnt written in as of yet. The other thing is with the Vtec, there are 4 vtec options. In theory dont you only need two, one for cross over on acceleration and one for cross over on deceleration? In misc options, does checking a box disable or enable. On one it specifically says disable, the others seem to be a guess and test, hehe.

The rev limits are regular rev limits, no FTL. I removed FTL. Will add it back later. The ecu has 2 different rev limits, they both appear to be the same tho? I believe 1 of them is cold engine rev limit, and the other is warm. The 1st set is warm I believe.

There are also 2 sets of vtec points (4 total). I htink the other is part throttle vtec, some guy bitched that I didnt let them edit this in the eitor so i kno allow you to edit both.

In misc, a check means enabled unless otherwise noted. You dont want to check the o2 heater disabling box cuz that will disable your o2 heater, only use htis when u are homo like falcon and have a wideband that doesnt have a heater circuit on it Or if you're like me and short your o2 sensor on your downpipe frying your ecu's o2 heater circuits causing a cel

oh you **** up your car and i am the homo? and for the record the wideband has its own heater controller circuit so the stock one was useless.

go stick your thumb up your butt.

no wait, dont, you'll probly like it.

Hey, quick question guys, what if I used a SAFC along with an Uberchip to tune out a little fuel. This was the plan until it hit me a few minutes ago - Would the using the SAFC to lower the MAP voltage 1-4% w/my 450cc injectors cause the Uber to throw incorrect timing or fuel? I just want to make sure -

why use the AFC when you could do the same thing, better, with uberdata?

I like the idea of fine tunning with an AFC/VAFC and uberdata. You can make changes with the AFC with just a few pushes of a button.

Yeah, that's the idea. For now, I'm burner-less and I can't make any changes to the chip Uber made for me a while ago, so until then I suppose running an AFC could fix out the rough spots. When I get a burner, I'll just burn the AFC changes and wallah! New chip.

If anything, tuning our chip setups with AFC and then burning an update would be faster than burn, plug in car, test, remove from car, guess changes, reburn, rinse and repeat.

Those be fightin' words mister. I expect the next version of it will have auto tune capabilities. He's been hinting at in on the opening pages of the user agreement

I'm hoping for auto tune capiblities and data logging using the stock 02 sensor. It would be super nifty if someone figured out how to replace the stock sensor with a better one and get super good datalogging results. No more wideband.......that would be jesus like...or should i say Blake like

hey Buraka, can you let us know how the assemble() function works? i would like to write a script but i am unsure of the exact syntax to use in my asm file. or should i just use a bunch of writebyte/writeword and assemble by hand?

also, when you defined disableCRC() again in the fuel script, are both of them run when called in open() in the main autoexec file?
**after more time... it looks like yes to me**

one more thing... why is it necessary to assemble the asm files the way you did? why can't you assemble them in the open() funtion of a particular script?
**after more time... so you don't assemble and write over your already saved data when you reopen it**

assemble("filename", 0ffset_in_rom_to_assemble_to);

when you call a function, it calls ALL instances of that function SO ifthere are 2 DisableCRC() fiunctions, both fo them get called when DisableCRC is called.

i mean what sytax in the assembly file?
like...
JBS 11.2, 02323h ;
or..
JBS off(00211h).2, somePlace ;
do you have the instruction set that your assembler looks for in a list or something?

falcon or anyone... what is the best pin to use for a fts code? i tried using B8 but it seems as if the wiki is wrong because that didn't work.

btw... where can i host my scripts?
