Default need help on injectors size?

i am in the process of buying some bigger injectors for my car. i want to get rc 750 sat injectors (hondata for tuning). I have a fully built ls/vtec t3/t4 turbo. My question is is 750cc enough for 450 -500whp or should i go with the 1000cc. Rc dont offer 1000cc sat and i dont want to go peak and hold.I think on hondata said that peak and hold injectors dont work as good as sat injectors on honda. i dont want up my fuel pressure too much 45-60 is where i wanna be. I talk to some people and they say that 750 is more than enough for 450- 500 whp. But when i did the flow rate on rc web site it say i need at least 1000cc. is msd injector good?prices? any comment is welcome thank guys

750cc injectors is enough for 450-500hp... from what I remember hold and peak are suppose to work better then saturated injectors but not 100% sure

I am currently running MSD 96lb injectors, which are 1008cc. They tuned fine, car has stock idle using hondata. I had to get the fuel rail machined to allow for the injector to fit. The MSD injector is a little bigger then the RC. Any local machine shop can fix that problem for you. I have only had mine on for about a week now, but so far, no problems. I would go with the MSD's for the price. I was running RC550's.

They should be straight, on an 80% duty cycle they are good up too 476 hp.
Easy formula is

780cc/10.5=74.28
74.3x80=5944
5944/.50=11888
118.8 is the number that each injector can hold.
So you take that and multiply it by four to get your 80% duty cycle on 780 injectors
118.8x4=476

But arent you using the BSFC for a NA car? The general reccomendation is to use .60-.65 for turbo apps which is going to change these numbers significantly.
