I think at 15psi... You just barely clear 400whp... thats not really a bad thing... You would be firmly in there if you was using some 9.1s or 9.6s

But nonetheless... On Race gas you should be close to 450whp with a more aggressive tune...

But a nice setup... Matter of fact, I got some questions for you... How much did it cost you to get that block built... Do you thinks cheaper to do LS-V or just build my GSR block...

Cuz i will prolly do the EXACT same setup at first... SRP/Eagle Ls-vtec...

If that gives me problems or blows... Ima sleeve and go 84mm GSR...

Thanks, sorry I forgot to mention that I calculated all the factors in to mill the head to bump it up to 9.8:1 so I know that'll make a difference. Honestly I would just stick with the GSR. I didnt have GSR money and already had a block so I just went LSV. I feel there's less worrying and problems to worry about with a GSR. With the LSV you have to worry about proper headgaskets, making sure your oil is flowing correctly everywhere, tap the head and I just wouldn't think it would be worth ditching a GSR for it but that's just my .2

Thats what it seems like everyone is telling me... if I go with a GSR... I might as well do it right the first time... Sleeves, 84mm and all..

But you got a nice setup... With the compression bump... I would think you'll be just south of 450whp... Its hard to say exactly where... With racegas and a retune you should be at 475...

You got the block built... Might as well push around 20psi...

Most def. I wish I would have went with a matching V-TEC setup. Don't have to worry about timing issues or anything like that. Those are the exact goals I was hoping for :-D
