thanks
Im thinking about removing the whole abs system and replacing it with non abs. 1. to lose weight 2. to really clean up the engine bay 3. the abs unit is leaking and Im not wasting that much to replace it
I was thinking of swapping a brake system from an RS onto it. Im not sure if that would work or not. If it doesnt Ill make it work

yeah I agree, Ill probably be swapping off the skunk2 intake manifold by the end of the build. Im just using it cuz the TB is matched to the Intake manifold but Ill probably just sell it.

u might look into hasport race mounts with all of that power your stock mounts are not going to do that great, even inserts, Hasport Race your motor will not move
Full Race or Lcon Tracksion bars as well
thats thing is going to spin everywhere on high boost

forget switchin it up...seems to me like you have some general knowledge and a good head on your shoulders...pick up a 40/40 prop valve off a younger teg or an rs....bend 2 new lines to the front calipers...and 2 new lines from the MC to the prop valve.....$20 tops...and ditches that nice abs unit....
also everyone is rantin and raving about these new mt street radials....if your really lookin to hook up

hehe.. I was looking at this and when I saw the cam gears it looked blurry like the engine was running or something, im thinking to myself, how in the hell did he get it running on the engine stand with no harness or nothing... Then I seen that you didnt have a timing belt or cam gears on there... Just a brain fart, dont mind me..

I think this is a great overall build and setup for a car that seems to be well thought out. It seems as though you're planning a lot of street/strip racing with your turbo choice and sleeving options... That being said..
The ONLY concern that I would have would be your choice in LSD. You have picked up a fine piece of equipment (got one myself) but it is not for the use that you think it will use it for. If the KAAZ that you've chosen was the 1.5 way LSD, it is designed for 100% locking of the differential in even the slightest of turn using a series of plates, and not a viscous type of differential, which is much more optimal for drag racing (if that is indeed your intended purpose, correct me if I'm wrong). Launching too hard on these plates will cause them to shatter the differential, and requires a SPECIFIC break in procedure after installation...
Just an FYI..

Re: (TheShodan)
oh my I forgot I had that on the list. I made this mod list a long time ago. Im goin with a Quaife for the exact reason you listed and from what I heard from other people. Thanks for the really informative post.
I just copy and pasted the list from Word cuz Im to lazy to type all that out again. Guess Im gonna have to revise that list haha.
This car is gonna be used as a street/strip car. Thats why I went with a turbo that will have decent spool and can still make a good amount of power for when i want it.
