If you're using pipes without a bead at the end and crappy worm clamps, that might be your problem. You can use hairspray on the pipe (after cleaning it thoroughly) and then tighten your clamps. It wont solve the problem forever, but it will definitely help. Otherwise, get bead rolled pipes and Tbolt clamps next time...

yes take them to a fab shop that has a bead roller, or have a welder weld a lip around the pipe. I always read these threads and I run 20+ psi with no bead or welded lip and I have NEVER blown a charge pipe off, just using t-bolt clamps

yeah put a bead on the end of the pipes, and get yourself a can of 2+2. when putting the couplers on, wet them with the 2+2. the slide real well til it evaporates, then they are nice and tight.

i never had beads at the end of my pipes and never had that problem....i just cleaned off the ends of any oil or anything with some alcohol and used some nice vibrant silicon couplings with some worm clamps and never had a problem and thats with 20+ psi and more with c16

try hairspray....seriously, spray hairspray over the pipes then slip on the coupler and tighten with a t-clamp. Works like a charm.
