I winder if there is a way to redesign the mounting points (maybe cut and weld new ones onto the housing) to make it fit a D-series motor?????

Is there anything offered for the non-VTEC B series motors? Anyway to make it compatible with the the non-VTEC engines?

Most people think installing a ignition amp to make a bigger spark will fix the problem, it won't. the msd dizzy is an alternative for the people with ignition problem that are not running a standalone EMS. you can run the msd dizzy in a stock configuration( dizzy, coil and ignitor) or you can use the dizzy for the picks with the COP.

EDIT: you can use the msd dizzy with cop if you running a ECU with more than one coil output</TD></TR></TABLE>

ah. i get it. youd use the dizzy to get a stable signal to the ecu

No problem with mine so far... It's close to three months, but I do drive the car hard.

Most of my ignition stuff that I used to run (OEM dizzy, rotor, etc) dies within 3000 miles, so at least the MSD out-lasted the OEM components so far...lol

you know.... msd would be great if i didn't have a nice effin paperweight dizzy and coil.... that can't do **** until one person can stock a 6305... ive had a backorder on the damn driver with over 8 places (including the big heads like summit, etc.) i call msd today and they pushed the date back to the 14th now... it looks like im not going to be running in vegas for the drags, as i don't feel like wasting more money tuning with both dizzy's....

Might be a great product, but msd sure is dumb to not sell the parts together as a package

For what it's worth, you do not HAVE to run a cop system with my trigger, you can still use a single channel ignition box and the empty distributor case to distribute spark.

Yah, I know, but I never do anything half assed LOL. If I went with your setup, I would have to do it all.

On another note, I'd like you guys to be one of our dealers. I will hit you up via PM.
