with a built engine you should really upgrade your turbo.. set your goal at 500 or bust..
i noticed you have V8rx7.com down there.. i figured you would appreciate this car.
its a Mekur XR4ti. origionally a ford 2.3l turbo, swaped in built 289, alu heads, solid lifter, 10.5:1 holset H1E (close to HX40).. 10psi.. he took it for a ride and it just smokes the slicks at 60mph.. they are way to small
heres a few pics of it incomplete..
Vids coming soon i hope

is it a new garrett one? because they are rated to 480 crank hp. it takes alot of boost to get there, however, if you want to make that power at a lower boost level, i suggest you look into getting a different turbo

This is the old 57 trim, I don't know if you have the new one, but the old one looks to be capable of ~425-430. If you are talking about the new one, well.....just like wantboost said. GL.

I say around 15psi you would easily be able to get 400whp out of it. However, past that it might not gain much. the 57 trim doesn't like to flow much past the 2.3 pressure ratio.

yeah. The only thing I would be worried about would be the the IATs, but if you have a really efficent intercooler and good tuner you shouldn't have a problem.

i do belive the 57 trim t3/t04e can flow enough for up to 500hp........your probably going to need 25+psi to get there.
at around 20psi i think you should be able to reach 400whp with a good tune..

I wouldn't spin that turbo past 20psi, if they are anything like the Turbonetics it will eat itself up past that.

I just want to see what this turbo is capable of on a 83mm sleeved 9:1 comp with b16 head/intake/cams. Can she make 400whp??? What psi would it take anyone have any guesses? I know theres hellla variables, but its on a full race ramhorn, 3" open downpipe, hondata tuning, 750cc injectors, blab blah. I made 349whp on 10psi with a stock gsr bottom, stock compression, JDM ITR head/intake/cams. Can 400-450whp on 9:1 be done under 20psi with this turbo??? Specs of turbo are below:
Turbocharger: T3/TO4e
.63 a/r turbine housing with a stg3 wheel
.60 a/r compressor housing with a 57 trim wheel
thanks </TD></TR></TABLE>
You can easily make 450 wheel with that turbo. Here is a prime example of a friends setup doing just that. His power band is huge.

Re: (lucidvtec)
91 octaine is a hella limiting factor for you. 300whp maybe on 91, even then i would be skepticle. Bomb a 50/50 mix of 91 and 110 and up the bewst.

The comp map has been posted. There are 2-3 threads in the faq specifically on reading comp maps.
Just giving you the answer will not help you out, you are better served to learn how to read them. Then you will never have to depend on anyone to help you with this.
btw: looks to b around 2.6
