LSVT Turbo Selection
I am getting everything finally completed with my 84mm lsvt setup. Darton sleeves, and basically the best i could get for the engine. 10,000 rpm redline, 9.1 compression, now here is the question,
What turbo will give me the ability for 750 hp. More is better but that will do.
I want to meet SFWD specs and still be able to put enough CFM through the engine to get the power out, this is not going to be a street car, so opinions would be appreciated. ar#'s and trim would be appreciated, or specs if you feel the need.
Thanks

Re: LSVT Turbo Selection (bostdteg)
Well here is one idea i have:
Compressor: GT40 - .70 a/r - 61mm inducer
Turbine: T3 - .82 a/r housing
give me some input, i am thinking the t3 turbine will help spool a little quicker, and the larger compressor would help on top?? comments?

GT42R Or the new turbonetics GT-R t4 series, either one will do the job. Personally I like turbonetics, but a lot of people on HT love garrett, but it's personal a preference, and a lot of guys in the 9's are running the GT42R or GT40 with great sucess........

I like the 42r, just worried about the inducer size in nhra 72.78 max
The gt40 would be a good thought , in straight t4 form or like the one i described above, with a t3 drive and a 3" v-band outlet? Plus the 42R is getting pricey
