Which manifold will make more power down low? Blox or Neukin?
Like the title says, im thinking of getting a new exhuast manifold soon since im getting a custom downpipe made. i currently run the drag manifold. This is a daily driver with 12 psi max. I start building boost by 2500 rpm then it gets to about 4 psi or so and then slowly gets to 12 psi by about 5500 rpm.
setup is b16 block, gsr head, cosmetic headgasket, arp headstuds,
T3T4 E turbonetics turbo 440cc injectors hondata s200, Edelbrock IM etc
Looking at my dyno I see that the TQ Curve and the HP Curve meet at about 5200, i dont know if that is relevent to the topic but can someone tell me if i would benefit more from a BLOX or a NEUKIN? ive heard that Log ones are better than ramhorn. I want more midrange than top end, becuase top end isnt a problem with me. I have more to say , but ill just wait to see the posts. Thanks

um im pretty sure that logs cannot even hang with a good equal length ramhorn or even topmount.

ramhorns are much better than logs, as for the torque crossing over at 5250 rpm, it will always do that, horsepower is a function of torque where they will always cross at 5250 rpm, just an FYI. IMO get the ramhorn manifold, its much better overall

you'll get faster spool up with a log but better topend with a ramhorn.

From log to ramhorn, I picked up almost 100ft lbs of tourqe at same boost level.
Only other things changed were 2.5 downpipe to 3 and also an LS crank.

keep in mind that i run low boost levels, 12 psi max. Just talked to my tuner he recommends i get the blox for bang for buck. Im getting a custom DP too and a 3 inch thermal exhuast system
