Default GT35R .78ar divided turbine

Anyone have any feedback on this turbo? Think I'm going to upgrade to this turbo for my build B16 9500rpm revlimit.

Or will I be bether of with the .82 turbine instead?

My car just made some pretty sick power on this turbo with a very nice powerband, very impressed.

Go with a divided manifold as well, quicker spool up times more top end usually it might pick up 4-5 psi max.
Kinda different setup but a buddy of mine has a 42r w/ 1.01 ar divided. Switched to a divided FR manifold no change in tune did a base line dyno pull. The turbo spooled up 12-1300 rpms sooner, basically in the midrange around 5300-5500 rpms it picked up 200 whp with the quicker spool up, and up top at our elevation it went from 32 psi max to 37-38. It kinda sold me to buy one with my setup.

does anyone know if someone makes a ramhorn devided manifold? Will it work if I modify my collector to make it divided? It will be paired 1-2 / 3-4. No other way to do it on a ramhorn.

Our new bottom mount manifold (which our kits will be based off) pairs the 1-4 / 2-3, so divided t3 and divided t4 is a possibility . I have 2 gt3076r's at the shop, 1 .78ar divided and 1 .63ar undivided that i plan to test on my car

whats the power difference between the precision 2.5 outlet and the garret 3 inch outlet on the 35r w/ the 63ar?

No one seems to have an answer besides cost, but i highly doubt that Precision would compromise power out put to save the time of machining it out to 3inch.

the difference between the 3" housing and the 2.5" housing really shouldnt come down to cost, but it depends on what the application is and what the space constraints are...if there is a lot of space, the 3" outlet is all cherry. If you have to keep AC or if there is a space constraint, the 3" is usually too long to fit

Does anybody have any actual side by side comparisons of divided vs standard housings? I can't count how many times Ive heard someone say divided spools faster without backing it up with any data.
