So I have my Mac solenoid installed and it clicks when I turn the key so I know it's wired correct. My problem is looking at this diagram at port 1 gose to the boost pressure source, and port 2 gose to top of wastegate, and the side of the wastegate port where dose that go. To a separate boost pressure source or can I tee it to the port 1 line and use the same boost pressure source? Anyone with help thanks?

Port 1 to boost source, so tee that guy in somewhere. I've had better luck on the manifold than i have on turbine housings for that.

Port 2 straight to the top of the wastegate

Port 3 stays open

Ya I have mine to the compressor side of turbo. But what I'm asking can I also run the line from the side port of wastegate and tee it to the port 1 line? Or should I run it to a different boost pressure source?

Yes you T off a single vac/boost hose.

Ok cool that's how I have it hooked up from the compressor side boost pressure but I can't raise the boost on s300 at 25% - 50% duty it also has 750cc injectors. Ill try share it on the manifold side cause idk what else could be the problem why I can't raise the boost.

First make sure you can hear the solenoid working. Enable static duty at say 50% and open a pwm sensor in the display to verify its outputting. You should hear the solenoid buzz. If not then something is wrong with wiring or pwm components on Ecu.

When someone turns the key I can here It click once so it's getting power. But the settings I tried were enable pwm. Normally closed. Set fix duty 50% and activation at 0 and tried inches at 0. But nothing when the key turns on it clicks once so its getting power. What should the activation be set at to hear it key on engine not running.

ok so this is how i tried it port 1 to compressor of turbo, port 2 top of wastegate, port 3 vent, and the side wastegate tee to a vac/boost source from intake manifold brake booster vac hose. it works but on hondata it starts making more boost at 55% duty cycle its 4.8 psi then 65% i hit boost cut set at 6psi. I have 750cc injectors id think id make alot more boost at 55% duty cycle or am i wrong?

What's your wg spring? With the standard ebc config like you have you usually only get 3~4x spring. 50% is usually the threshold when you start to create more than spring boost.

i have a 4.3lbs spring. Wounder if i should throw in the 5.80 spring? i have one on the side. But going from 50% to 55% made only 1lbs more difference. my goal is 10psi but seems like ill be almost maxing out the injectors duty cycle.

You mean pwm not injector duty cycle.
The duty vs boost is not always linear. It will increase closer to 100%.
Bring both wastegate springs when you get tuned just in case.

has anyone tried feeding the intake of the solenoid from manifold AND turbo? Im going to try it, i dont know if it will make idling a little weird or not though...

Ya sorry I ment the pwm. So only the pwm fix duty changes if I put 55% duty, and the injector duty cycle don't ever change? Cause the injector duty cycle gose to 48% is it saposed ever go up?

You have to remember about the pressure drop across the intercooler. Having a signal from the compressor and manifold might cause issues, as the pressure from the compressor signal line is higher than that in the manifold.

Yes you can use the pressure drop to your advantage. The pressure at the compressor is stronger than the intake manifold so if you use the compressor for the ebc source and the IM for the side wastegate you can squeeze a few more psi.

I was just trying to utilize the average between the 2 parts of the system going into the intake of the solenoid.

Im not clear what an average would really accomplish.
Once you have the adjustability of an EBC it doesnt really matter anyways.
