Default Verify this install please. Profec B Type S.

Okay this is how i have it hooked up. Its very similar to the Spec II.

From the actual box, i have a vacumm line running to my vacumm manifold off the brake booster line.

From the solenoid, i have a vacumm line running from COM to my wastegate
From the solenoid i have a vacumm line running from NC to the port of the compressor.

There is one plugged port on the solenoid still.

My question... why would i run two lines for vacumm?

This is exactly how the instructions had it.

Do you have an internal or external wastegate?

With external wastegates, the profec can be installed in such a way so it uses
boost pressure on the top portion of the wastegate to keep it closed.

With internal gates, there is usually only one port. This way, the profec can
only limit pressure from opening the wastegate, but cannot hold it closed,
as in the two line method.

that sounds about right.
the NC port is unused as it is for internal gates.
The NO port goes to a good boost source such as the compressor housing.
you can also T that Line into the Bottom port on the WG

actually the NC port went to a vacumm source, used off of the compressor housing since thats the most accurate source. Then the COM went to the top of the WG. the NO was left unplugged. The BC works great. no spikes.
