The power levels in your sig? Sure. That's all you should need. Hell a stock, healthy ignition will support that
What's your current setup, plug wires, plug type and gap?

You said NGK BKR7E then you said Duralast spark plugs? A bit confusing but I use the BKR7E gapped @ the same gap you're using and I am on 15psi with no issues on a stock ignition system.

Re: LST / LS-T Turbo B18A B18B setups
Just got this running and on the dyno.
Sleeved 84mm LS
P8R head, Crower valve springs and exh valves, stock cams [were suppose to be all motor regrinds]
Borg Warner S300 divided T4
S300 with boost control. 33psi was all we could get off the 12psi wastegate springs at max duty cycle on solenoid and my dyno time was over. Will get some cams and go back with 20psi springs in gates. On the street i can get more boost but need to data log to see where its going to as it is hitting boost cut at 36psi. Went to the drag strip and on 1-2 shift my main relay died on me. Will hopefully make some maiden passes on Saturday.

Re: LST / LS-T Turbo B18A B18B setups
I had a set of supposedly big all motor cams which turned out to be a mild regrind. It starts falling off at 7700rpm. I need some Crower 404 or similar. It is def lazy but I know it will make the power I need with some cams and a quick retune. Hopefully can get close to 550whp out of that turbo without changing wheels.

If running 402t's do I have to go with dual spring or can I run a single spring like these?

Re: LST / LS-T Turbo B18A B18B setups
some nice ls builds in this thread. Depending on whats going on for next yr I may consider doing a built lsvtec setup need more power lol
if any of you jg303 guys can do me a huge favor and measure the largest segments of the intake and exhaust lobes.
my engine they were installed in ate the rod bearings and contaminated the oil to an extreme level imo and im worried it may have wiped out the lobes a bit.
I might be a bit paranoid but I really want to run these cams when I get the head rebuilt.
also, how bad is it to run flush cut valve guides on a daily driver? the bosses are cut flush to the port wall, as are the guides, and im really thinking I should have the new guides pressed in with their full length.
im gonna have loads of fun once I can turbo this sucker thats for sure. it wont ve tuned for any specific horsepower goal. instead I want to tune it for a really broad power band using a gtx2860r with a .63 ar t3 housing, while keeping maximum hp at or below 380ish hp since its on stock sleeves.
should be easy enough to do with the right combination of parts. small turbo, quick spool, and a nice fat power band.

Well cutting the guides isn't a great idea especially on a daily driver. Hogging out the ports and cutting guides isn't where the power is gained anyway. The power is gained with the poper work being done around the valve opening and a little back from there.
