LS/VTEC nitrous setup.. Couple questions.

LS/VTEC nitrous setup.. Couple questions.
In about a week I am gonna come into a bit of money, so I have some questions on a motor I'd like to build up for my CRX.
B18a block, shooting for 11:1 comp and a 100 shot of nitrous on top of that. I plan to get some forged pistons and rods. Anybody have any preferences on companies that make the best/strongest for the least money?
Will the stock LS sleeves be adequate for this setup, I dont plan to rev it past 8000. More realistically, keep it down around 76000-7800. Also would I need a block guard, or is that just a problem for boosted motors?
And yes, the motor will have all new bearings, seals, etc with ARP hardware all around.
