Default LS-T Motor Rebuild

So I'm about to pick up an LS motor for my soon to be boosted set up. The guy I'm buying it from is a tech at a dealership and is going to rebuild it with all brand new oem honda parts. I'm just wondering if there's anything I should be upgrading right now. Cash is definitely an issue, but i do want to do it right. I was thinking ARP head studs and maybe ACL bearings. This car is my daily driver and I really don't plan to run a ton of boost. I'm more concerned with the "reliability" of the set up then making crazy amounts of power. thanks.

Yeah I really doubt that I'll do forged internals. Do you have any relatively inexpensive suggestions?

How about a Cometic head gasket? I'd hate to have to pull the head again in a few months.
